These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit norveno.co or buy from us. "Norveno", "we", "us", and "our" mean Norveno LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and have a shipping address in the United States to place an order.

2. Our products and your health

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines, and nothing on our website, in our emails, or in our ads is medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Talk to your doctor before using any supplement if you are pregnant or nursing, take any medication, have a medical condition, or are planning surgery. Read the label before use, follow the directions, and don't use a product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Keep out of reach of children. Results vary from person to person, and customer reviews describe individual experiences, not promised results.

3. Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we ship it.
• We may limit quantities, or cancel or refuse an order, if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in a price or description, or if we suspect fraud or reselling. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.
• We try to describe our products and show their images as accurately as possible. Packaging and colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Bundles, gifts, and promotions

Bundle prices, free gifts, and digital bonuses are offered as shown at the time of your order. Free gifts are included while supplies last and have no cash value. We may change or end a promotion at any time, but an order you have already placed keeps the offer it was placed with. Discount codes can't be combined unless we say so.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription ("Subscribe & Save"), you agree to the following:

• Your subscription renews automatically and ships on the schedule you chose (for example, every 1, 3, or 5 months, matching your pack size), until you cancel.
• We charge the payment method you saved at checkout at the subscription price shown when you subscribed, plus any tax, on each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time, online from your account or by emailing support@norveno.co. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees.
• If we ever change your subscription price, we will email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes the Norveno Lifetime Guarantee. Both are linked at the bottom of every page and at checkout.

8. The Norveno Lifetime Guarantee

If you're ever unhappy or anything happens, please contact us directly. The Norveno Lifetime Guarantee is a limited warranty to the original buyer of products purchased on norveno.co. "Lifetime" means the life of your product, from delivery until the expiration date printed on the bottle. What it covers, what it doesn't, and how to use it are explained in full in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. Reviews and content you share

If you send us a review, photo, video, or message, you give us permission to use it on our website, in emails, and in our marketing, without payment, using your first name and last initial only. You confirm the content is your own and is honest. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing us.

10. Our website and content

The text, images, videos, graphics, and logos on norveno.co belong to Norveno or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Other brand names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.

11. Disclaimer

Except for the Norveno Lifetime Guarantee and any rights that can't be limited by law, our website and its content are provided "as is." We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Norveno and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover Norveno for any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website.

14. Resolving problems

If you have a problem, please email us first at support@norveno.co. Most issues are solved within a day. If we can't resolve it together within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable US federal law. Any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, except that either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms right away, we haven't given up the right to do so later. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and Norveno about your use of the site and your orders.
