This Privacy Policy explains how Norveno LLC ("Norveno", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit norveno.co, buy from us, or contact us (together, the "Services"), and the choices you have. Our store runs on Shopify.

Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
• Order details: what you view, add to your cart, buy, return, or cancel, and your subscription details if you subscribe.
• Payment details: payments are handled by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
• Account details: if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
• Messages: anything you send us, such as support emails, reviews, photos, or survey answers.
• Device and usage details: your IP address, browser, device type, pages you visit, the link that brought you here, and how you use the site. We collect these with cookies and similar technologies.

Where we get it

Directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, and from our service providers and partners (for example, payment, shipping, and advertising partners).

How we use it

• To process payments, fulfill and ship your orders, and send order and shipping updates.
• To manage your account and any subscription.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support, including the Norveno Lifetime Guarantee.
• To send marketing emails, and text messages only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text.
• To show you ads and measure how our advertising performs, as described below.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Services secure.
• To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Advertising and analytics

We use advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta pixel and Meta Conversions API, to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads to people who may be interested in our products. These tools receive information such as page views, add to cart and purchase events, and device details, along with hashed (scrambled) contact details like your email or phone number so the platform can match them. Shopify also offers features that use information about your activity with our store and other merchants to show you relevant ads.

You can opt out of this sharing for targeted advertising here. You can also control cookies in your browser settings and manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Who we share it with

• Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments.
• Service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, our email provider, customer support tools, and the apps that power parts of our store (bundles, subscriptions, and reviews). They only receive what they need to do their job.
• Advertising and analytics partners, as described above.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal requests, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers: if Norveno is involved in a merger, sale, or similar transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for targeted advertising may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws, and you can opt out as described above.

Shopify

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout, and security; analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used; and advertising cookies, such as the Meta pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but blocking essential cookies may stop checkout from working. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sales and sharing for that browser where the law requires it. We don't respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• correct inaccurate information;

• appeal our decision on your request.

To make a request, email support@norveno.co. We will verify your identity before acting on it and respond within the time the law requires. You can use an authorized agent, and we will ask for proof that they act for you. We will never treat you differently for using your rights.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, and to honor the Norveno Lifetime Guarantee. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security

We use Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information like card numbers by email. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Our products and website are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where your information is stored

We are based in the United States. Shopify and our service providers may store and process your information in the United States and other countries.

Our site may link to other websites and social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
